I had already visited the
2021 SciFi Con benefiting Relay For Life because a friend of mine had created an exhibit on the Region of Floating First Contact, but thought I'd do a quick blog installment, due to the temporary nature of this particular stamp, which commemorates the CON! The BBB SciFi Con 2021 stamp is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR TWO MORE DAYS (5/24/2021!)
There are a number of spots to visit among the 9 connected regions, but I'll point out two of them that stood out for me, and then I'll concentrate on the stamp. My friend is one of many volunteer officers, welcoming people aboard the
NEAMAN III outpost exhibit. They've gone a long way in terms of immersion here, with lots of information about the NEAMAN III.
Below the main deck is a well designed and immersive build, that gives you the feel of controlling a starship or an outpost.

Or check out the
Asteroid Outpost demo in A Quiet Town. Teleport to the demo when you get there, and just take a walk around this massive build! They also have a rather detailed airlock system with well timed visual and sound effects.
The REGION (brace yourselves, linden moles, they called it The Sim) of
Alien Star System is where the BBB Stamp is. This is a commercial region, rather than a design region, with lots of stores showing off their wares, with the benefits going towards the good cause of Relay For Life, providing funds for cancer research.
There's even a kiosk where you can pick up some free SciFi Con 13 Swag! I snapped up a T-Shirt (They are available in fitted and standard sized male and female versions) to commemorate my visit.
You'll find the dispenser amid the floating debris on the floor off the central podium. It is a tough search, but look between the gray buildings where the wares are being offered.
